Faculty of Business & Economics : Political Science & Public Administration
This programme aims to educate future managers and leaders for the public sector where ample opportunities exist for increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of governmental institutions.
The programme represents a clear change of approach from the traditional legal orientation towards management in government. The approach is very close to that of the business department. Teaching methods are also designed for developing managerial, inter-disciplinary, public policy formulation and implementation, programme evaluation and problem-solving skills, while at the same time, cultivating self-confidence and emotional stability. Graduates will develop the skills and knowledge to allocate public resources.
